Barnyard Beer Benefit

The Barnyard Beer Benefit is a (21 and over) fundraising event held to raise money for the preservation and restoration of Gilfillan Farm, a Registered National Historic Place.

Your ticket provides access to the applicable (VIP+General Admission with 5pm entrance or General Admission Only with 6pm entrance) food and beer sponsors displayed in the poster.

Our finanical sponsors have provided everything from party essentials to take home swag. And our raffle and auction sponsors have provided amazing gifts for you to try and win. Be sure to have cash, PayPal or Venmo available to enter to win at the event. Additional information on the gifts will be posted on Facebook prior to the event.

• This is a 21 and over event. Guests may be asked for identification.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• This event is rain or shine.
• For the safety of all involved, the event will be cancelled due to lightning or other extreme weather the day of the event. Updates will be sent through Ticketbud and posted on the Barnyard Beer Benefit Facebook page. The event will not be rescheduled.
• HSUSC cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets not purchased through Ticketbud
• Ticket holder understands that beer and/or food sponsors may change based on the sponsor's ability to participate in the event.
• Ticket holder understands that any local, state and/or national gathering restrictions will be followed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. There will be no smoking near the historic, wooden structures.
• By attending this event, the ticket holder grants the Historical Society of Upper St. Clair (HSUSC) permission to use their likeness in photograph(s) in any publications or publicity materials (including but not limited to newsletters, videos and Web), in perpetuity. No monetary or other claim can be made against the HSUSC.
• All prizes must be collected by June 29, 2025 or they will be forfeited.
